The history of this hotel, which was built in the immediate vicinity of the Main Gate of Prague Castle, dates back to the 15th century. Vestiges of the gothic period are seen on its cellar premises that were reconstructed, all together with the entire house, in 1998. The above-ground floors offer ten spacious apartments whose historical value is underlined with conventional furniture.

The hotel offers accommodation in two to four-bed apartments with a private bathroom, satellite TV, direct dial telephones, mini-bar, and a safe.
A wine bar of 40 seats is located in the basement. A conventional restaurant (60 seats) and a lounge (20 seats) are to be found on the first floor.

Would you like to spend your pleasure time in a nice, originally decorated place, where you can enjoy excellent meals? If yes, than we invite you to Club Restaurant and Bar situated in the house at U Brany in Nerudova Street near the Prague Castle.

CLUB RESTAURANT & BAR NERUDOVKA is situated in a unique house that was built in the 14th century and already in the 16th century the first culinary establishment was found here - the pub "At the Strahov Gate"
From that time the interiors underwent a complete reconstruction and the offer of provided services also considerably expanded.

Today the overall capacity of the restaurant is 130 seats, further visitors can count on one of the two bars. For smaller groups up to 20 persons, we offer a discreet drawing-room, where, on request, specialities from the establishment´s chef are served and also several kinds of fondue.
In addition to variety of coffees, teas, mixed drinks and beers, the restaurants offers excellent bohemian and international meals that you enjoy with a glass of wine imported from famous wine areas.
Live piano music makes the evening even more enjoyable.

WINE CLUB 

 GATE HOUSE Hotel - Wine bar Do not to visit our WINE CLUB NERUDOVKA in the cellar dating from the 18th century. In its traditional atmosphere it offers gastronomic delicacies and wide range of wines from our wine cellars. You can enjoy wines from Chile, South America, France, Spain and last but not least the excellent wines from South Moravia.
Gourmets may choose at this place from thirty five whisky brands.
